Return Policy

KidzMat Global Enterprises, LLC, will repair or replace, at its discretion, any damaged KidzMat® that has failed as a result of a manufacturer’s defect, for one (1) year from date of original purchase. This limited warranty is valid only with proof of purchase showing purchase date. Please mail your mat and receipt to us at:

We will repair or issue you a new KidzMat® and ship it back out to you.
